These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Donor", "Member", or "Visitor") and Krishna Foundation For All (referred to as "KFA", "Trust", "Foundation", "We", "Our", or "Us").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your access to and use of this website, our registration forms, and our digital portals.

Krishna Foundation For All is an International Public Charitable Trust established under Indian law to bind followers and believers of "Karma" from across the globe into an oasis of self-sacrifice for social upliftment.

• Nature of Organization: Registered Non-Governmental Public Charitable Trust (NGO / Trust).
• Key Objectives: Educational assistance, establishing educational hostels, tertiary healthcare, old age homes, rural sports promotion, women empowerment, and disaster relief.
• Non-Commercial Purpose: All contributions, donations, and membership funds collected are utilized strictly in pursuit of the Trust's charitable, humanitarian, and public welfare objectives.

When interacting with our digital portals, member directories, and event registration forms, you agree to adhere to ethical principles:

1. Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, current, and complete information in all membership, donation, and contact forms.
2. Prohibited Conduct: You shall not use this website to transmit defamatory, offensive, fraudulent, or harmful materials, nor engage in any automated scraping, reverse engineering, or cyber disruption.
3. Account Security: If you are registered as a KFA member or trustee, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account access.

Donations made to Krishna Foundation For All are voluntary contributions dedicated to public welfare and charitable causes:

• 80G Tax Deductibility: Eligible donations made by Indian taxpayers qualify for tax deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, subject to prevailing government rules.
• Official Receipts: Upon successful transaction completion, an official donation receipt will be generated and issued electronically to the email address provided.
• PAN Requirement: Donors seeking Section 80G tax benefit certificates are required to provide their Permanent Account Number (PAN) in compliance with Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) regulations.

Because donations are voluntary charitable contributions immediately allocated to ongoing humanitarian initiatives, hospital care, and student hostels, the following refund terms apply:

• General Policy: As a general rule, all donations and charitable contributions made to the Foundation are non-refundable.
• Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions: In the rare event of an accidental duplicate transaction or technical error during online payment, the donor may request a review by emailing office.kfa@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction date, along with payment proof and transaction ID.
• Review & Processing: Validated refund requests for technical errors will be processed via the original payment method through the banking gateway within 7 to 10 working days.

For delegates registering for the KFA Business Leaders & Entrepreneurs Summit or other conferences organized by the Foundation:

• Pass Validity: Event passes, delegate badges, and invitations are non-transferable unless approved in writing by the organizing committee.
• Schedule & Venue Adjustments: The Trust reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the event schedule, keynote speakers, or venue logistics for reasons beyond reasonable control.

All content, branding, logos, trademarks, design elements, graphics, publications (including the AAINA bulletin), photographs, and text on this website are the intellectual property of Krishna Foundation For All or used under appropriate authorization.

No material from this site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Board of Trustees.

Our website utilizes secure, certified third-party service providers (such as Razorpay and authorized banking networks) to process digital donations and transactions:

While we mandate stringent encryption standards, your interactions with third-party gateways are subject to their respective terms of service and security frameworks. The Foundation is not responsible for gateway downtime or interruptions caused by external banking networks.

This website and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law:

• Krishna Foundation For All and its trustees, directors, employees, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this platform.
• We make continuous reasonable efforts to ensure accurate, up-to-date information, but do not warrant that site functions will be uninterrupted or error-free.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with the Foundation's website, donation portal, or programs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated at New Delhi, India.
